Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing your item from www.theshoelife.com. In this case you will be credited with the full amount. If the 24 hours are exceeded, your cancellation request will not be accepted. Orders in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.

You can request the cancellation by simply emailing us at [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation”. After verification by our warehouse team, the same amount will be refunded and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note:

  • You must email us using the same email address you provided during checkout.
  • You will also need to provide your full name and a screenshot of the email confirmation you received when you placed your order.

The final amount refunded after cancellation does not include the amount of the discount voucher. You will only get back the amount you paid. In addition, you may only use one voucher with one order. More than one coupon used for the same order will not be accepted and only one coupon of your choice will be honored.
